Abstract :A public sector does not provide the financing of Programs of State Guarantees. The private sector is wherein high profitability and standard of prices are higher. An aim of state-private partnership in a state medicine is maintenance and improvement of health of the population. Investments in the state medicine infrastructure are not planned in Kyrgyzstan. A private investor can construct a building and provide the feed of in-patients according to the requirements. It is necessary to open state-private express-laboratories for urgent analyses at every hospital and policlinic. For financing of state-private partnership in the domain of state medicine can be used: co-financing, a guarantee of payment of the OMI insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Obligatory Medical Insurance); tariff for services.
