Abstract :This article provides an empirical analysis of the relationship between inflation, the money supply and the budget deficit in Kyrgyzstan. The results showed that there is no statistically significant relationship between the broad money M2 and inflation. On the other hand, the M2X and the budget deficit have an impact on the price level in the country. In accordance with the analysis, at the end of the article, some suggestions are made to ensure price stability.
