Abstract :The world is constantly changing and from time to time there are the risks which affect individuals and the community as a whole. By their nature, these risks can be positive insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(e.g., rain on a hot day); or negative insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(natural disasters);. They may affect small groups of people insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(for example, family or village community);, or big ones insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(region or country);. Finally, they can occur suddenly insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(e.g., natural disasters or migration); or gradually insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(e.g., demographic shifts, and \ or changes in environmental conditions);.
