Abstract :An assessment of the impact of agrarian reforms in Kyrgyzstan in a transition economy has been carried out. The peculiarities and results of land and water reform and collectivization in agriculture are determined. Successes of socialist reforms and agrarian and industrial complex reforms are presented. The analysis of the expanded reproduction and effective development of the republic`s agriculture in a planned economy is carried out. Factors and directions of progressive and effective development of agriculture in the conditions of the planned system are revealed.
