Abstract :In 2015, the Kyrgyz Republic one of the last passed a law on compulsory insurance of civil liability of owners of vehicles among the countries of Euro-Asian Economic Union. Since then, researchers` and practitioners` sufficient attention is paid to regulatory legal acts, and actuarial calculations of compulsory types of insurance. In this paper we attempted to make a comparative analysis of some aspects and indicators of this type of insurance.
