Abstract :This scientific article is devoted to studying the problems of repayment of the loan in the current conditions. Available at the disposal of banks a wide range of methods, tested in foreign banks, and modern forms of securing credit repayment allows to minimize the risks associated with the implementation of lending operations, but it is impossible and impossible to completely exclude them all the same. When choosing the forms of ensuring the repayment of loans, it is worth giving preference to the latest discoveries in this area, or to the mechanisms that have long proven themselves in the international banking arena. This is how you can achieve maximum security of the lender, the maximum percentage of returned loans, the stability of the credit process, the balance of banking activities.
