Abstract :The article considers globalization from the position of dollarization of the economy under the supervision of the IMF. Also it reviewed the impact of the National Bank`s currency intervention on the structure of the money supply in the country in favor of the world`s leading reserve currency. It is shown how the dollar turns into the most risk-free security. The negative influence of dollarization on the development of the stock market and the standard of living of the population are described.
