Abstract :In this paper was analyzed the interest rate channel of the transmission mechanism of monetary policy in Kyrgyzstan. In this research paper was used data from the National Statistics Committee of Kyrgyz Republic insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2000-2015); and applied regression model. The results of the analysis shows that the National Bank of Kyrgyz Republic insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(NBKR); have a certain influence on interest rate of loans. But the greatest impact of National Bank can be seen by changing supply of money. Interest rate of loans have a direct impact on the following economic indicators: capital expenditure, gross demand and the index of consumer prices.
