Abstract :Public procurement system can be understood as a set of rules that determine the nature and form of relations aimed at meeting the needs of the public, as well as person who’s involved in this relationship. Public procurement is a necessary everyday process. This process needs constant improvement, as real life puts forward new requirements, new conditions. Therefore, effective and rational use of budgetary funds is the objective of the state.
