Abstract :Difficulties of living in the mountains, and the use of mountain areas were protection by the mountains in the old days. In this sense, the potential capacity of the ecosystem of mountain areas, especially in modern times, is subject to significant impact from the resident population in the mountains. In addition, in the mountains condition of a certain isolation of living does not allow a large use of existing, traditional methods of living and management, used in flat areas, but also to develop some optimal model of successful adaptation of local people and communities in the mountains. In these conditions needs search of new ways to increase the capacity of local communities in mountain areas. The main directions of such conversion include measures of identify residence area, in order to develop a system of successful management of socio-economic development of mountain communities.
