Abstract :The paper is dedicated to the analysis and identification of factors affecting the quality of medical services in Kyrgyzstan. Statistical data, survey data and interviews with doctors confirm that the public health institutions in the country are in critical condition. These datas also indicates to existence of a number of factors negatively affecting the quality of health services, such as underfunding, lack of specialists, lack of modern technologies. In addition done a comparative analysis hospital and outpatient treatment.
