Abstract :The analysis of productivity of educational system of traditional type which is logically used in synthesis of the branched organization of educational type with more clear system advantages for the participants of through vocational training who are irreplaceable in development of science about life proceeds that, at last, precedes designing of conditions of a quantitative assessment of existence of the educational ECTS standard at the highest school.
