Abstract :The market of educational services in Kyrgyzstan has been developed for last 20 years. There is a quantitative growth; however, we must pay attention to the qualitative growth of the education market. This article discusses concepts such as quality and customer, analyzes the various methods for measuring quality, and offers the results of an empirical case study of a local university.
