Abstract :This paper examines the validity of twin deficits hypothesis insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(the relationship between the budget deficit and the current account deficit); using the quarterly data period 2000:1-2013:4 in Kyrgyzstan. Results show that there is a strong positive relationship between these two deficits. The regression analysis showed that the increase in the budget deficit by one dollar leads to an increase in current account deficit to $0.83. These results confirm the Keynesian view, which asserts the existence of twin deficits.
