Abstract :This article is devoted to considering of local budget income sources in Kyrgyzstan. Here the author analyses the main changes in the local budgets during 2007-2014 years. The relation of the local budget income to GDP is investigated in accordance with the implemented changes in laws. The author considers tax revenues, nontax payments and grants. Main tendencies of local budget reform in Kyrgyzstan are clarified within the framework of fiscal decentralization.
