Abstract :In this paper the author on the basis of: research statistics of social and economic life of the Kyrgyz Republic; now existing state system of Kyrgyzstan is trying to determine the cause of the weak influence of the state on the processes taking place in the country and offers recommendations to strengthen the role of the state.
