Abstract :The purpose of this research is to study the impact of remittances on the gross domestic product of Kyrgyz Republic from 1993 to 2010, by using the method of simultaneous equations. The results of model show statistically significant positive correlation of households’ final consumption and imports with remittances. And simultaneously significant positive effect of consumption on GDP, and significant, but negative impact of imports to GDP were seen.
