Abstract :Crises are corrections in the result of faulty development in prior periods. In the current crisis is a response to the above-average growth of finance capital in the last 20 years. Reasons for this growth were the liberalization of the financial market, which opened up appropriate facilities and a paradigm shift in the company`s evaluation of a once past the recognition of gains related to a disclosure of future profits.
