Abstract :The article highlights the conditions and factors of agricultural producers’ income, revenue generation management mechanism with prices, taxes, loans, investment, government support, in-troduction of innovative technologies. The need for public financial support of agricultural produc-ers, volume and structure of subsidies, parameters of agri businesses in average in Kazakhstan for the period 2009 – 2012 is shown, as well as the sum of profits of agricultural enterprises in average in the country and the level of profits of one household, criteria for producers involved in pro-duction. It is noted that the level of investment support for agricultural production in Kazakhstan is much lower than in Russia and Belarus. The study identifies the issues affecting agricultural producers’ profit and reducing or Increasing the risks.
