Abstract :The article discusses the issues of the reconciliation of obligations on access to the market of the Kyrgyz Republic in the World Trade Organization after accession to the Eurasian Economic Union. A comparative analysis of the obligations of the final levels of customs duties of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation in the WTO on the agrarian and food market was carried out.
