Abstract :In recent decades, serious changes have taken place in our country, which in many cases were progressive. Along with processes, democratization of society and economic reforms, there is a tendency to gradually give local interests priority in social development. Although unresolved problems and inequalities in the development of the center and regions still exist in our country, people are gradually overcoming poverty and are beginning to enjoy the benefits of raising living standards and sharing the achievements of science and culture.
