Abstract :In this article, the authors consider theoretical and practical issues of strengthening public-private dialogue in the regions of the Kyrgyz Republic. The ultimate goal of the proposed reforms is to improve the business environment in the regions based on the selection of business ecosystems and conducting a dialogue between the business community and government on their basis. The article highlights the weaknesses of the traditional dialogue and proposes a new concept for building a dialogue based on the selection of business ecosystems. The authors justify the need for selecting business ecosystems, propose a methodology for selecting business ecosystems based on scoring criteria for economic efficiency of projects, and give examples of selecting business ecosystems in practice in certain regions of the Kyrgyz Republic.
