Abstract :The Kyrgyz Republic`s power industry turned 85 years old in 2019 and this article provides a historical background, highlights the pressing problems of conducting management reform and industry restructuring, as well as the formation of open joint-stock energy companies for establishing corporate governance, an analysis of the causes of the crisis in management and the need is justified introduction of crisis management.
