Abstract :The article analyzes the social orientation of the expenditures of the budgets of local self-government bodies of the Naryn and Jalal-Abad regions in the context of studying the legal framework of local budgets of the Kyrgyz Republic. Recommendations for improving the social policy of local self-government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic are presented.
