Abstract :Considering the rise prices for goods and services in Kyrgyzstan, due to along with monetary and non-monetary reasons, the role of fiscal policy in anti-inflationary policy is significant. The increase in prices for imported goods is due to the rise in prices for them in exporting countries. In this regard, anti-inflationary policy should include additional maneuvering of government spending and revenues. It should be noted that the growth of social benefits has a multiplier effect and such a policy is expected to have a positive impact on the economy. At the same time, new demand must be satisfied with domestically produced goods, that is, the opportunity to develop the republic`s economy must not be missed. The article analyzes non-monetary factors of inflation and risks of budget deficit.
