Abstract :The article is devoted to the development of creative industries in the Kyrgyz Republic. The purpose of the article is to analyze the state of the creative economy in the country, to determine the directions for its further development. The author draws on the results of recent studies and assessments in the Kyrgyz Republic. In particular, the author analyzes the international practice of classification and measurement of creative industries, as well as an assessment of the country`s readiness to develop a creative economy based on PEST analysis.
