Abstract :This article discusses the problems of the construction sector in the Kyrgyz Republic and their causes. An online survey of citizens who purchased houses in Bishkek was conducted, on the basis of which opinions and proposals about construction companies were studied and analyzed. A total of 367 respondents took part in the online survey. In the course of the study, problems were identified and ways to solve them were proposed.
