Abstract :This study examines the mediating role of relationship satisfaction in the relationship between relationship authenticity and self-esteem of individuals in romantic relationships. Mediation analysis was conducted in this study using a correlational design. The study group consisted of 512 individuals, 370 females and 142 males. The findings revealed that relationship satisfaction played a partial mediating role in the relationship between relationship authenticity and self-esteem. These findings were discussed in the light of the related literature.
