Abstract :Kuşkusuz her çeviri sürecinde çevirmeni bekleyen zorluklar bulunmaktadır. Erek metnin türüne ilişkin özellikler bunların başında gelmektedir. Bu durumun en çarpıcı örneklerinden biri de absurd tiyatro metinleridir. Bu makalede absurd tiyatro metinlerinin çeviri sürecinde karşılaşılabilecek zorluklar Harold Pinter`ın A Slight Ache adlı oyununun çeviri süreci üzerinden çeviribilimsel bir bakış açısıyla irdelenmeye çalışılmaktadır
