Abstract :ÖZET Bu çalışmanın amacı, kayakçılarda sürat egzersizleri sonrasında antioksidan savunma insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(serum süperoksit dismutaz insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SOD);, serum katalaz insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(CAT);); ve insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(serum malondialdehid insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(MDA); değişimlerini incelemektir. Çalışmada, branşlarında faal sporculuk yapan 20 elit erkek kayakçı üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Araştırma grubuna, 10 tekrarlı 20 m lik sürat testi uygulanmıştır insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Test1);. Bir aylık antrenman periyodundan sonra tekrar aynı test insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(test2); uygulanmıştır. Kan numuneleri, Test1 ön-son ve Test2 önson olmak üzere 4 kez alınmıştır.Test1 ön-son ölçümlerinde serum SOD seviyesindeki artış istatistiksel olarak anlamlı insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.05);, CAT seviyesindeki artış anlamsız insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p>0.05); ve serum MDA seviyesindeki düşüş anlamlı bulunmuştur insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.05);. Test2 ön-son ölçümlerinde serum SOD seviyesindeki düşüş anlamlı insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.05);, serum CAT seviyesindeki artış ve serum MDA seviyesindeki düşüş anlamsız bulunmuştur insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p>0.05);. Düzenli yapılan antrenmanlar ile serum SOD ve CAT’ ın artması antioksidan savunmanın güçlenmesi anlamına gelmektedir. Test2’ de toplam değer olarak MDA’ nın artması ise lipit peroksidasyonun artmasından kaynaklanmıştır. Yapılan antrenmanlarda dinlenme süresinin kısa olması oksidan maddeleri artırmış olabilir. ASSESSMENT OF SOME ANTIOXIDANT LEVELS IN ALPINESKIERS AFTER SPRINT EXERCISES   ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to investigated the changes in some antioxidant levels insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(serum superoxide dismutase insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SOD);, malondialdehyde insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(MDA);, and catalase insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(CAT);’ in alpine-skiers after speed exercises. This study was carried out on 20 elite male skiers who do sports activities. The research group examined 20 m sprint test was repeated 10 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Test1);. After one-month training period the same test was administered again insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Test2);. Blood samples were taken twice just before and immediately after the exercise insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Test1); and these blood samples were taken again twice after training period for one month insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Test2); In pre- post-measurements of test1, the increase in serum SOD levels was found to be statistically significant insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p <0.05);, the increase in CAT level was insignificant insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p>0.05);, and the decrease in serum MDA level was significant insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p <0.05);. In pre- post-measurements of test2 the decrease in serum SOD levels was found to be statistically significant insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p <0.05);, the increase in CAT level was insignificant insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p>0.05);, and the increase in serum MDA level was insignificant insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p <0.05);. The fact that serum SOD and CAT increases in those with regular exercise indicates the strengthening of antioxidant defense. On the other hand, in the Test2 increase the total MDA, which is a sign of oxidative stress, has emerged due to the increase in lipid perixidation.
