Abstract :Bu çalışmanın amacı, bir 2. Lig fuıbol takımının hazırlık sezonu öncesi-sonrasında fizikscl ve fizyolojik parametrelerinin tespit edılınesi ve bu periyot anırenınanlarının seçilen parametrelere etkisini incelemektir. Araştımıa grubunn futboloynama süreleri ı O.53±2.60 yıl, yaş ortalaması 20.71± i .86 yıl ve boy uzunluğu ı 81. l2±5.72 cm olan i 7 profesyonel futbolcu oluşturmuştur. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda hazırlık sezonu anırenmanlarının sistolik-diastolik kan basıncı, pençe kuvveti, 3l1aerobik güç ve solunum parametreleri üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi olmadığı bulunmuştur insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(P>Ü.05);.
