15-16 YAŞ GRUBU GÜREŞÇİLERİNE UYGULANAN MODEL ANTREMAN PROGRAMININ KUVVET VE DAYANAKLILIIĞIN GELİŞİMİ ÜZERİNE ETKİSİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI / ARESEARCH ON EFFECTS OF MODEL TRAINING PROGRAMME THAT ıs USED ON 15-16 AGES WRESTLERS` STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE DEVELOPME

Abstract :Araştırmamız, 15-16 yaş grubu güreşçilen\`ne hazır/ık döneminde uygulanan model antrenman programmin kuwet ve dayantklliığln gelişimi üzerine etkisi olup olmadIğInt saptamaya amaçlamaktadır. Güreşçiler, deney insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(n=10); ve kontrol insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(n=10); grubu olmak üzere iki gruba ayrıldı. Deney grubunun ortalama yaşı 15.5:t 0.5 yıl, boyu 165:t 5.6 cm ve vücut ağırlığı 62:t 12.5 kg, kontrol grubunun ortalama yaşı 155:t 0.5 yil. boyu 166 :t 5.3 cm ve vücut ağlfllğı 61.7 :t1 2.3 kg olduğunu tespit edildi. Deneklere genel hazırhk dönemi öncesi. genel hazlf/ik dönemi sonu ve özel hazırlık dönemini sonunda. Shuttle Run, Düz mekik insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(30sn);, Ters mekik insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(30 sn);, Şınav, Dikey sıçrama, Durarak uzun atlama, Sağ ve sol pençe kuvveti, Güreş manken ile suples atma testlen\` uygulandı. Genel hazırlık dönemi öncesi, genel ve özel hazlf/ık dönemleri sonunda yapilan test ölçümlerinden elde edilen değer/en\`nin karşilaştmlması \`varyasns analizi\` ile yapildı. Istatiksel anlamlilık değeri p<0.05 olarak kabul edi/di. Deney grubunda, şmav, ters mekik insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(30 sn);, düz mekik insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(30 sn);, sağ pençe kuvveti, dikey sıçrama, durarak uzun atlama, manken atma insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(10 adet);, ve shuttle run test/erinde elde edilen sonuçlar arasında anlamlı fark bulundu insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.05);. Kontrol grubunda ise düz mekik insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(30 sn); ve manken atma insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(10 adet); testlerinde elde edilen sonuçlar arasında anlamlı fark bulundu insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.05);. Diğer karşılaştırmalarda anlamlJ fark tespit edilmedi insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p>0.05);. Sonuç olarak, 15-16 yaş grubu güreşçilere uygulanan antrenman programınm özel hazırlık dönemi sonunda kuwet ve dayanıklilığın üzerine etkili olduğunu ancak genel hazır/ık dönemi sonunda etkili olmadiğint söylenebilir. Anahtar Kelime/er: Güreş, Kuvvet, DayanıklJllk, Antrenman   SUMMARY In this study, we aimed that, the model training programme which is used on between 15- 16 ages wrestlers\` preparation term whether there is an effect on strength and endurance development or not. Wrestlers who join our study become into two groups as subjects insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(n=10); and control/er insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(n: 10);. Subjects groups\` age x=15.5±0.5 years, height x= 165:6.6 cm and weight x= 62±12.5 kg., control group age x=15.5±0.5 years. heigth x=166±5.3 cm and weight x= 61.7±12.3 kg. is confirmed. Before the general preparation te rm, after the general preparation term and alter the special preparatlon term, shuttle run, abdominal crunch insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(30 second);, back crunch insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(30 second);, push-up, vertical jumping, long jumping with stophing, n\`ght and left hand grip, are tested on the subjects. The test result of values\`s compareness which are obtained before the general preparation term and after the general and special term is done with variance analyzis. Statisticalsignificant value is aceepted as p< 0.05. In th,e subject group, there are found a significant differences between push-up , back crunch, long jumping with stophing and shuttJe run tests results insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.05);. On the other hand in the control group, there are found a significant differences between abdominal crunch insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(30 second); tests\` result. In the other compareness there isn\`t noiced any difference insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p>0.05);. As a result of this study, we can say that the training programme which is used on 15-16 ages wrestler group is effective on strength and endurance after the special preparation term but not effective after the general preparation term.
