SPORCULARIN HEMATOKRİT VE HEMOGLOBİN DEĞERLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ / EXAMINING ATHLETES` HEMATOCRIT AND HEMOGLOBIN VALUES

Abstract :Bu çalışmanııı amacı, Bursa bölgesınde lisanslı sporcuların hematokrit insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Hct); ve hemoglobin insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Hb); değerlerinin belirleyerek cinsiyet, spor branşı, ve sedanterler ile karşılaştLfllmasıdır. Deneklerİn Bb ve Hct değerlerini, Bursa Gençlik ve Spor Tl Müdürlüğü Sporcu Sağlık merkezinde bulunan Elekıro-mag. M 19 Microhaematokrit centrifugede ölçüldü. Deneklerin insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(n=870. x yaş=21.6);, %72,S\`i erkek insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(11=633); ve %27.~ bayan insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(n=237);; %69,4\`ü sporcu insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(11=603); ve %30,6\`51 sedanter insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(n=267); olarak belirlendi. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgularının cinsiyet ve spor yapma durumuna göre değerlendirilmesi <·t \` testi, farklı spor dallarmın sporcularmın değerlerini karşL1aştırılınasmda ise \`\`One-Way ANOVA\` testi uygulanmıştır. Çalışmaımza katılan erkek ve bayan deneklerin ortalama Hct değerleri sırasıyla %41 ve %37,9 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(pO.OS); olarak tespit ettik. . Sonuç olarak. Hb ve Hct değerleri bayanımda erkeklere göre ve sporcularda sedanterlere göre düşiikolduğunu söylenebilir. Ayrıca çalışmaımza katılan deneklerin Hb ve Hct değerleri dünya litemtüründe geçen değerlere göre düşüktür. Hb and Hct values of the examined were measured on the apparatus called Elektro-mag, M 19 Microbaeınatokrit centri11ıge İn the Athleıes\` Health Center at the Department of Yol/th and Sports of Bursa. 72.8% of the examined were men insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(n=633);, 27.2% - women insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(n=237);, 69.4% - athletes insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(0=603); and 30.6% - ordinary people with sedentary lifestyle insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(n=267);. To evaluate the research data according to gender and involvement İn sports the \`t\` test has been applied, whereas \`One-Way ANOVA\` test have been applied to compare values of athletes belonging to different spoı1 branches and to detennine which sport branch is shows the most different values, respectively. Mean Hct values of men and women participaring in the studyare 41% and 37.9% respectively insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(pO.O););. lt can be concluded that Hb and Hct values are lower in women compared with men and in athletes compared with sedentary-lifestyle people.
