Abstract :University-industry collaboration training practice which has been implemented between Furniture and Decoration Programme of Biga Vocational School of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University and Doğtaş Kelebek Furniture Inch. Biga Locations, which is an international company, has been researched. The processes and results in introduction and practice of on-the-job training application method impelemented on panel production line have been put forward. In this study, introducing on-the-job training application method to all sections, this good application training pattern has been prepared in order to guide and give an opinion to all parties concerned .
