Abstract :Gebelikte görülen serebral venöztromboz, gelişmiş ülkelerde nadirdir. Serebral venözenfarkt özellikle puerperiumda görülür. En sık postpartum 2. veya 3. haftada gözlenir. Gebelikte oluşan inmelerin sık rastlanılan sebeplerinden biridir. Klasik triadı baş ağrısı, papil ödemi ve nöbet şeklindedir. Ayrıca fokal nörolojik defisit, afazi, görsel bozukluklar da görülebilir. Lateral ya da en sık superiorsagittal sinüste görülür. Hemoglobinopatiler, hiperviskozite sendromları, maligniteler, paroksismal nokturnal hemoglobinüri, kollajen doku hastalıkları sebepleri arasındadır. Ayrıca protein C ve S eksiklikleri gibi hiperkoagülabilitenin hakim olduğu durumlarla da ilişkilidir. Bu makalede lohusalığın predispozan faktör olduğu kortikal venözenfarkt saptanan olgumuzu sunduk.
