Abstract :Tip1 diyabet, fiziksel bir hastalık olmanın yanında, klinik gidişi etkileyen psiko-sosyal boyutları ile en çok dikkati çeken durumlardan biridir. Bu makalede sosyal koşulları ile metabolik kontrolü tipik dalgalanma gösteren Tip 1 diyabetli bir çocuk olgu sosyal hizmet perspektifinden sunulmuştur.
