Abstract :Meningiomlar beyin ve spinal kordun meningeal tabakalarından köken alan tümörlerdir. Genellikle yavaş büyüyen Dünya Sağlık Örgütü insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(DSÖ); grade I tümörlerdir.Meningiomlar intrakranial neoplazmların %14-20\` sini oluşturur ve ekstradural dokularda %1 oranında görülür.Primer intraösseöz meningiom nadirdir ve ayırıcı tanısı zordur. Bu olgu sunumunda nadir görülmesi nedeniyle primer intraosseoz meningiom literatür eşliğinde tartışılmıştır.
