Abstract :The study aims to determine the knowledge levels of healthcare professionals regarding drug-nutrient interactions and to evaluate the associated factors. This correlational descriptive study was conducted with 200 healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and dietitians. Data were collected through an online survey using the \\\"Healthcare Professionals Information Form\\\" and the \\\"Drug-Nutrient Interaction Knowledge Level Assessment Scale.\\\" The data were analyzed using IBM SPSS version 24.0. Among the participants, 64.0% were female, 78.5% held a bachelor\\\'s degree, 70.5% were nurses, 46.5% were employed in public hospitals, and 56.5% reported having received prior training on drug-nutrient interactions. The mean age of participants was 30.94 ± 6.87 years, and the average work experience was 7.62 ± 6.45 years. The mean score on the Drug-Nutrient Interaction Knowledge Level Assessment Scale was 10.15 ± 9.92, indicating a moderate level of knowledge. Additionally, those who had previously received training on drug-nutrient interactions scored significantly higher than those who had not. Furthermore, a weak negative correlation was found between participants\\\' mean age and work experience. It is recommended that institutions responsible for the training of healthcare professionals revise their curricula to include drug-nutrient interactions, incorporate this topic into in-service training programs, and periodically repeat such training sessions.
