Abstract :This study investigates the applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare management processes to enhance occupational health and safety (OHS) for employees. A traditional narrative review was conducted by searching Google Scholar database for publications between 2015 and 2025, focusing on AI applications in healthcare OHS. The literature indicates that AI technologies including machine learning, deep learning, image processing and object recognition systems, natural language processing, and decision support systems can anticipate and prevent occupational hazards, improve workplace ergonomics, and enhance the quality and efficiency of healthcare services. AI also facilitates risk assessment, early warning systems, and workflow optimization, supporting OHS professionals and healthcare managers in creating safer work environments. AI applications in healthcare management offer tangible benefits for employee safety and organizational efficiency. Effective implementation requires interdisciplinary collaboration, proper training, and attention to ethical and privacy concerns. The study provides a foundation for future research on the integration of AI to improve occupational health and safety in healthcare settings.
