The Role of Medical Faculty Graduates in the Pharmaceutical Industry in Turkey and Globally

While medical faculty graduates traditionally pursue careers in patient care and academic research, the pharmaceutical industry also offers a significant and growing avenue for their careers. This article examines the diverse roles of medical faculty graduates in the pharmaceutical industry, their motivations for entering this field, the required competencies, and the challenges faced, both internationally and specifically in Turkey.
