Abstract :Bu çalışmada, asfalt beton numuneleri Superpave ve Marshall yöntemlerine göre hazırlanmış ve onların tasarım şartnamesine göre karşılaştırılmıştır. Superpave numunelerinin hazırlanmasında Fırat Üniversitesi Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri Birimi insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(FÜBAP); desteğinde yaptırılan yoğurmalı presten faydalanılmıştır. Her iki yönteme göre hazırlanan numuneler, stabilite, birim ağırlık, boşluk yüzdesi, agregalar arası boşluk yüzdesi ve akma değerleri bakımından karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu karşılaştırma neticesinde her iki yöntemin birbirine göre avantaj ve dezavantajları belirlenmiştir. Superpave numunelerinin optimum asfalt içeriği, Marshall numunelerinden daha az elde edilmiştir
