Abstract :Yüzey pürüzlülüğü, kumaşların önemli bir özelliğidir. Yüzey pürüzlülüğü, kumaş tutumu, yüzey sürtünme özellikleri, laminasyon ve adezyon işlemlerinin verimleri gibi diğer birçok özelliği etkiler. Kumaşlardaki yüzey pürüzlülüğü tipik olarak KES-F sistemi ile ölçülür. Bu araştırma, kumaş yüzey pürüzlülüğünün ölçümü için stereo mikroskop ile elde edilen kumaş enine kesit fotoğraflarının görüntü analizine dayanan yeni bir yöntem önermektedir.
