Abstract :Wearable device is the pride of the science and technology circle anticipated , and set off a big change in the field of clothing , except the m edical, military, industrial and other special areas ,it also a ppear s in people`s life in the sports, fitness, entertainment and other fields . However, outdoor fitness areas also need to promote new technology products , t herefore, a new type of solar charging mountaineering wear has been designed in this paper , it using the flexible solar panels which Sewn in a detachable double cap , e asy to use, and have the high conversion efficiency .This paper also introduces the mountaineering wear` s o verall system design , c ircuit design , p rocess design idea ,as well as the experiment effect and prospect in detail .
