Abstract :The Total Quality Management approach, which emerged in Japan and spread all over the world, differs from classical management as a management approach that cares about the process with the efficient use of resources without wasting and the participation of all employees. Efforts to improve overall performance by focusing on resource efficiency, employee satisfaction and improving the process have an impact on business performance. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between Total Quality Management practices and business performance. For this, a field study was carried out in Libya and the existence of a relationship between the two variables was determined.
