Abstract :Öz Yazar Jean-Pierre Durand, Evry Üniversitesinde bir sosyoloji profesörüdür. Otomobil endüstrisi ile ilgili olarak çalışmıştır. En önemli eserleri: “Teamwork in the Automobile Industry: Radical Change or Passing Fashion?”, “Creating the New Worker: Work, Consumption and Subordination”, “After Fordism”dir. Kitapları farklı dillere çevrilmiştir. Bu eser Marx’ın eserlerindeki Marksist sosyolojiyi temellendiren ögelere işaret etmektedir. Engels ve Marx sosyolojik uygulamalara en yakın olanlardı. Onların teorileri sosyal sınıflar, devlet ve modern sosyolojiyi etkilemiştir. Kitabın ana teması Marksist bakış açısını sosyolojiye uygulamaktır. Abstract Author Jean-Pierre Durand is a professor of sociology at the University of Evry. He has worked in the automotive industry. His important Works are “Teamwork in the Automobile Industry: Radical Change or Passing Fashion?”, “Creating the New Worker: Work, Consumption and Subordination”, “After Fordism”. His books are translated into different languages. This book point out to light in Karl Marx’s work the elements that founded Marxist sociology. Frederich Engels and Marx came closest to sociological practices. Their theories influenced social classes, state and, modern sociology. The main theme of the book is to apply the Marxist perspective to sociology.
