Abstract :This study examined the effect of job satisfaction on organizational blindness among healthcare professionals. The study participants were nurses, doctors, auxiliary staff, administrative employees, and managers working at the Selçuk University Medical Faculty Hospital and Private Academy Hospitals in Konya and other health sectors for at least a year at their respective institutions. This study used a quantitative approach. The sample was selected using a sampling method, and the data were collected using face–to–face questionnaires with voluntary participation. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS software, and statistical analyses were performed accordingly. A demographic information form to collect data from healthcare professionals in a study was developed by Catino (2013). The Organizational Blindness Scale, adapted to Turkish by Seymen, Kılıç, and Kinter, and the Job Satisfaction scale, which was adapted to Turkish by Baycan in 1985, were used. Moreover, this study is important because it is the first to address the issues of both “Business Blindness” and “Job Satisfaction”.Keywords : İş Doyumu, İşletme Körlüğü, Miyopi.
