Abstract :Özet: Günümüzde yaşanan değişim süreci işletmeleri etkilemektedir. Bu değişimden işletme bütçeleri de etkilenmiş ve modem üretim ortammın ihtiyaçlarını karşılayamaz hale gelmiştir. Dolayısıyla, geleneksel bütçelerle ilgili sorunları çözmek amacıyla modern bütçeleme teknikleri geliştirilmiştir. Bu tekniklerden biri de Kaizcn bütçelemedir. Bu çalışmada, geleneksel bütçeler ve kaizen billçeleme ayrıntıları ile incelenmiştir. Abstract: In todays, rapid change process has affected the firms, From 1hese changes, business budgeting have also been affected and not met the needs of modern production environment. In order to solve the problems related with traditional budgeting modern budgeting technics have been developed. One of these technics is kaizen budgeting. In these study, traditional and kaizen budgeting have been analyzed in a detailed way.
