Abstract :Özet: Bu çalışma, Türkiye\`nin en büyük 200 sanayi işletmesinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın konusu, stratejik insan kaynakları planlamasındakî etkinliklerinin temel unsurların uygulamasını degerlemektir.Çalışmanm sonuçlarına göre, stratejik insan kaynaklan planlamasını gerçekleştiren işletmeler, genellikle, bu planlamanın temel unsurlarım göz önüne almaktadırlar.   Abstract: This study was conducted in the biggest two hundred industrial business of Turkey. The main theme of this research is to assess the application of the main elements in the strategic human resources planning the outcomes of the study show that when the industrial companies put strategic human resources planning into practice, to a large extent, this consider the fundamental elements of the planning.
