Abstract :Özet: Geçici rakımlar olağan dışı problemler karşısında informal bir şekilde oluşan takımlardır. Bu şekliyle işletmelerde resmi olarak kurulan takımlardan ayrılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada geçici takımlarda takım performansı üzerinde amaç açıklığı ve hızlı bilgi yayılımının etkisi test edilmiştir. Bu etkileri test etme amacıyla korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri kullanılmıştır. Korelasyon analizi bulgularına göre amaç açıklığı, hızlı bilgi yayılırm ve takım performansı arasında pozitif yönlü ilişkiler bulunmuştur. Regresyon analizinde ise amaç açıklığı ve hızlı bilgi yayılımının birlikte takım performansı üzerine olan etkisi test edilmiştir, iki değişkeninde takım performansım olumlu yönde etkilediği fakat hızlı bilgi yayılımının performans üzerine olan etkisinin amaç açıklığından daha güçlü olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Takım, Geçici Takımlar, Takım Performansı   Abstract: Ephemeral teams are the teams that emerge informally during emergency states. Thereby they are different from formal teams. In this study, the affect of goal clarity and rapid knowledge dissemination on team performance in ephemeral teams is tested. To test these affects, correlation and regression analysis are used. According to correlation analysis, there exists a positive relationship between goal clarity, rapid knowledge dissemination and team performance. In the regression analysis, the affect of goal clarity and rapid knowledge dissemination together on team performance is tested. The findings illustrate that both variables are positively related to team performance. In addition to these, the influence insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(magnitude); of rapid knowledge dissemination on team performance is found to be stronger than the influence of goal clarity.
