Abstract :Özet: Palrimonyalizm, babanın ailedeki otoritesinin geniş toplumsal katmanlara uyarlanmış tarzıdır. Bu sistemde hükümdar yasama, yürütme ve yargı gücünil elinde tular. Hükümdar devleti patrimonyal bürokrasi aracılığıyla yönetir Çalışına, Osmanlı devletinin siyasi iktidar yapısının kul sisteminin iyi işlediği süre boyunca patrimonyal bir karakter taşıdığı ile ilgilidir. Patrımnonyal yönetim, toplumla organik bağları olmayan kullar tarafından desteklenen bir rejimdir.   Abstract: Patrimomalısm is the style of adaptation of role of father in the family to the mass. In this system legislation, executive and adjudicatory powers are in the hands of soverign. Soverign governs state by patrimonialistic bureacracy. This study is related with the politica! structure of Ottoman state was patrirnonialistic charecter during processing of slavery system well. Slaves, who have not organic relations with society, were basis of patrirnonialistic regime.
